4 Week Handbuilding Course

Mondays 2-5 PM May 5-26*, 2025
*If desired, an alternative class for Memorial Day will be held
Sunday June 1, 1-3PM 

In this fabulous 4 Week Class, learn the basics to working with clay and then rev up your creativity by learning techniques such as pinching, coiling, and patching clay.

Create three whimsical pieces...

Bird or Bee Hanging Planter (choose in class)

Simple Sculpt in bunny or duck (choose in class)

Fun Little Face pot

Class Info

    Classes focuses on developing hand-building techniques through guided instruction to complete specific projects.

Projects vary. Students are encouraged to follow their own intuitive take on each project.

4-Week Course includes...

• 4 Weekly Instructional classes per month 3 Hours Each
• Clay and use of designated studio glazes. 
  
• Students need to purchase their own basic set of tools.

*Minimum of 4 students per class. No make-ups for missed classes.

This course does fulfill the prerequisite for receiving an invitation to Marvelous Mud Pottery Studio Monthly Membership that includes wheel throwing and handbuilding. 

**** Production of pieces for retail or wholesale selling is not permitted at Marvelous Mud Pottery Studio except for owner Rachelle Eason.

Must be 18 Years or Older. No Walk-Ins. Only registered students are permitted in the studio.
