The journal in the pictures is the actual journal you will receive.
Classic Journals (One-Sided Pages) hold my heart as each page presents the truest stain from my Plant-Stained Papers. Over years of developing and tweaking my technique, I have come to the conclusion that pages stained with a variety of plant-elements on one side only, present a clear and crisp design versus when they are stained on both sides and the designs "bleed" through.
In the One-Sided Stained journals, there is a minimal design on the opposite side, leaves put there during the designing process so that the pages don't stick together and a point of interest is created.
These journals are exquisite and are ready to be written in on each page. I use mine as half writing and half dreaming as I love to get lost in the imagery on their fully designed sides.

daisies, rose petals and leaves, eucalyptus, potato plant leaves, alstromeria, plus more!
Pages: 34 plus covers

Plant-Stained Paper
The Journey
Each piece begins its journey in Rachelle’s studio in beautiful Lakeland, Florida. Rachelle hand picks every flower, leaf, fruit, and stem that goes into each page. She carefully arranges the natural pieces, nestles them in spreads of cotton paper, and boils them for hours. Once this process is complete, she thoughtfully selects each spread and hand-stitches them together to make the final product. The result is a liberation of nature’s essence and a physical expression of its aura. On each page you will discover a beautiful blend of colors, a range of textures and impressions, and a never-ending source of inspiration.
You are invited to use the journals, sketchbooks, and stationery however you see fit. Some use the journals to practice mindfulness, writing down their thoughts, dreams, and aspirations, while others use them for gratitude or meditation journals. Others fill the pages with photos and memories, or let their friends and family fill the pages by using them as guest books at weddings or celebrations of life. Some resolve to leave them blank and peruse the pages for inspiration, relaxation, or just to have something beautiful to look at everyday.
