VIP - Very Incredible Potter - Monthly Subscription

Very Incredible Potter (VIP) Subscription includes 1/2 a Fixture... TWO & A Half Works-In-Progress Shelves, 1/2 of the top shelf for tall pieces, and 1/2 of the bottom shelf for Clay Storage and a reserved designated seat for Open Studio (not a full desk. Must be cleaned up after each work session. Nothing can be left on table.)

Each VIP will get unlimited OPEN STUDIO TIME! You would have to leave during the breaks in between sessions. You will not have to sign up. Your hours are limited to the Open Studio schedule and will not follow the Resident Artist schedule.

Typical Open Studio Hours* (Starting October 2025)

Wednesdays 9AM-Noon, 12:30-3:30 PM, 6-9PM

Thursdays 9AM-Noon, 12:30-3:30 PM

Fridays 9AM-Noon, 12:30-3:30 PM, 6-9PM

Saturdays 9AM-Noon, 12:30-3:30 PM

Sundays 9AM-Noon, 12:30-3:30 PM

*Time subject to change. This is the plan for every week unless it is a 5 Week Month or months with Holiday Breaks... or occasionally there may be a class or event that has to use that room and will pre-empt the Open Studio for that time period.

VIP Pricing Monthly fee - $200 auto drafted.

This first payment pays your first month. The 2nd month and subsequent months will have auto-draft date on 1st of every month in addition to your monthly MMPS membership. (This price is subject to change in the future... with 30 days notice.) Please notify Rachelle 30 days in advance if canceling subscription so you will not be charged on the 1st of the next month.*** (The VIP subscription is a separate subscription than membership so one may continue membership even if they decide to give up their VIP subscription.

***You must continue to be a current member with an active subscription to be able to participate in Open Studio.

By becoming a VIP - Very Incredible Potter, you will get...

• unlimited hours of Open Studio each month,
• a spot at the reserved VIP table ready anytime you want to come in during Open Studio hours,
• 1/2 FIxture... 2 and 1/2 Works-in-Progress Shelves, 1/2 of the Top Shelf for Tall Pieces, 1/2 bottom shelf for clay storage
• A reserved designated seat for Open Studio  (not a full desk. Must be cleaned up after each work session. Nothing can be left on table.)

-Open Studio purchasing sessions at $36/session. 

-Purple Ticket - 3 additional sessions/month

-Resident Artist Program when the next member takes over a vacant spot... Set-Up Fee of $400 and Monthly Fee of $300. (They do get unlimited access 7/days a week to the studio as long as a staff member is there, a full fixture, and a dedicated desk in the RA room)

Cancellation policy... You must notify Rachelle via email by the 30 days prior to cancelling your VIP subscription or else you will be charged the following month. The VIP subscription is a separate subscription than membership so one may continue membership even if they decide to give up their VIP space. 

FYI
The policy for not allowing production of pieces for sale in the studio stays in place. We cannot handle the logistics of the firing for something like that. However, we are expanding the firing policy for members wishing to submit in "Calls for Art" from galleries and other organizations. Members may participate in those events and we can be accommodating as long as it is just a few and there is no quick turn-around expected for firing.
