Nature Face Pot Workshop is a playful, skill-building, two-day handbuilding experience where clay meets imagination. In this guided workshop, you’ll sculpt a whimsical face pot inspired by the natural world—incorporating elements such as leaves, flowers, sun, moon, vines, or organic textures to create a pot in the round.

Designed for members and non-members with recent basic clay experience, this workshop focuses on building facial features with intention while learning how to thoughtfully integrate nature-inspired forms into a functional or decorative vessel. Your finished piece may become a planter, tabletop accent, or sculptural home décor object.

Instruction emphasizes simplified sculpting techniques that support expression without overworking the clay. You’ll be guided step-by-step through form, proportion, attachment, and surface detail, with plenty of room for personal style, whimsy, and creative interpretation.
