Bring your handmade bonsai planter to life.

Join us for a special collaboration with Thunderstruck Bonsai as they guide members through the art of creating and caring for a bonsai tree in their own ceramic planter. This hands-on workshop combines the craftsmanship of pottery with the living art of bonsai, resulting in a piece that will continue to grow and evolve over time.

Each participant will use a bonsai planter they have made (fired all the way to glaze!) and will receive all materials needed to create their bonsai composition, including:

• Tropical species pre-bonsai tree
• Bonsai soil and substrate
• Bonsai wire
• First application of fertilizer
• Use of all necessary tools during the workshop
• Personalized instruction and guidance from expert bonsai artists

During the workshop, you'll learn the basics of bonsai styling, planting, wiring, maintenance, and long-term care while creating a unique living artwork in your own handmade vessel.

Important: Participants must provide their own handmade bonsai planter. Planters should be completed and ready for use prior to the workshop.

Workshop Fee: $80 per person
(The workshop provider charges $76.40 including tax. Because registration will be processed through our system, the additional amount helps offset transaction fees.)

Seats are limited to 24 participants.
